a) One Stop Spa Shop guarantees against manufacturer's defects for 30 days from date of delivery.

b) You must call or write for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

c) Once you have received an RMA #, you may send the product back to us at your expense. We will send you a replacement at our expense - applicable within continental USA only.

d) We can not blindly accept packages into our warehouse; if you do not have a RMA number on the box, we will not be able to accept it. This will be a waste of your money and time, so please be sure to obtain an RMA # prior to shipping returns. Never send a return via C.O.D. Our warehouse cannot accept them.

e) We will advise you of the proper return address to ensure proper handling.

PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURES WARRANTIES, which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.

UNSOLD, UNWANTED PRODUCT: May be retuned in some cases with prior authorization and a 25% restocking fee... call!

SHIPPING DAMAGES or SHORTAGES: Have the carrier note any damages upon arrival. Inspect all packages and check the packing list to determine whether or not there are any shortages. If so, e-mail One Stop Spa Shop and report these immediately! orders@onestopspashop.com

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

COST The following is a guide when estimating:

a) All Pricing is based on shipping from our warehouse, unless quoted otherwise. Costs are charged or credited to your account. When ordering by mail, be sure to include estimated shipping charges with your order! For larger shipments call us for an estimate.

b) In the continental USA, add 15% of the total product cost. The minimum shipping charge is $5.95. (If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, you must call!)

c) In Canada, add 20% of the total. The minimum shipping charge is $15.00. Some areas of Canada may only be reached by air. These areas may have significantly higher shipping rates. (If you are in one of these areas, you must call!)

d) Other countries: Call, Fax, or Write for a quote based on specific products and specific quantities of those products.

e) Delivery time generally runs 5 to 15 business days within the USA and 5 to 20 days for Canada.

SHIPPING DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES: - must be reported to the delivery company as well as to One Stop Spa Shop immediately upon receipt of shipment.
